Rejection Therapy

"Rejection Therapy is a personal experiment I devised in 2009. Think of it like a game, but this game involves your life and the treasures are real.
The four objectives of Rejection Therapy are:
1.      Redefine and relearn concepts like rejection and comfort
2.      Encourage personal interactions where rejection is a real possibility
3.      Smash the tyranny of fear and reap the treasures (treasures include wealth, relationships, self-confidence and resilience to the personal attacks of others)
4.      Inoculate yourself from the unnecessary suffering that is associated with rejection"

Rejection Therapy – The Game consists of only one main rule
You must be rejected by another person at least once, every single day.
Please notice the wording of the rule. It doesn’t say you must attempt or try to be rejected. The rule is you MUST be rejected by another human being. In this game, rejection is success.

This sounds like something I really should try.  Oh, and there's one other rule - you do not talk about fight club.
